How to Cook Frozen Dumplings
1,放入大量清水開大火煮滾;

2,水滾後轉中小火保持沸騰,將冷凍水餃沖冷水後立刻將水倒掉,再將水餃倒入滾水中;

3,用木勺或耐高溫塑料軟勺來慢速攪拌不讓餃子黏鍋底,上鍋蓋時要特別注意火候,火候功力不足的建議不要上鍋蓋;

4,旁邊準備一個2/3碗冷水,待水沸騰後立刻倒入冷水,之後依照餃子皮厚度決定,再加入1-2次冷水;

5,待水滾後關火撈起,剩下的湯水可以用來煮湯,但不可以在煮水餃,湯水太混濁容易破皮;

注意:水量不足造成湯水濁度太濃,容易造成手工水餃爆裂,要請大家自行拿捏水量,手工桿皮不同冷凍機械桿皮,不能長時間泡在沸水,容易造成餃子皮破爛軟綿影響口感
