How to Cook Frozen Dumplings

How to Cook Frozen Dumplings

Put a lot of water into the pot and turn on a high heat;

After the water is boiled, turn to medium heat to keep it boiling; Pour out the water immediately after flushing the frozen dumplings with cold water, and then pour the dumplings into the boiling water;

Use a wooden spoon or a high-temperature plastic soft spoon to stir dumplings slowly so that the dumplings do not stick to the bottom of the pot; Pay special attention to the heat if putting the lid;

Prepare a 2/3 bowl of cold water; Pour the cold water into the pot immediately after the water boils, and then add more cold water 1-2 times according to the thickness of the dumpling skin;

After the water boils, turn off the heat and pick it up immediately. The remaining dumpling soup can be used to cook another soup, rather than cook another dumplings. If the soup is too turbid, it will break the skin;

Note: Insufficient water will cause the dumpling soup to be too thick, which will easily cause the handmade dumplings to burst. Please check the amount of water by yourself. The handmade stalk skins are different from the frozen mechanical stalk skins. They should not be soaked in boiling water for a long time.
